Asked about the Purina dog chow buckets of food, saw a pallet with some on it when an associate was checking for a product for another customer, was told that they did not have any. Not that they couldn't sell it, told they didn't have it. Just another reason to go to Tractor supply.
Worst environment I've ever seen. Was in check out line & one of the female assistant managers was screaming at 2 of the other associates.. I mean actually cursing them out..So I just put my stuff down in the aisle & left, never seen anything like it. And another farmer friend said hes seen happen as well & will not return . Whoever that woman's name is, they better get it under control before they lose more customers.
Don't ask them for help. They're always out don't don't carry it but if you go look you'll find it!!!
Probably the worst store in our area! We bought dog food from the store and it turned out being infested with mites. Our dog lost half her fur before we realized what was going on. After contacting Orschelns human resources & explaining it took 30 mins to 1 hr a day of mopping/cleaning for 7 weeks to finally get the problem solved.. They offered us a 50.00 gift card for all the labor and misery that put us & our dog through, really?..........then told us if that wasn't good enough, the offer was off the table.... IMO, Mark (Regional Manager) should be suspended from his job, or be fired. People, use extreme caution when buying pet food from this store!
